Balance is to be paid in full when puppy has been chosen. No personal checks accepted after the puppy is 4 weeks old. Puppy/dog being shipped must be paid in full, with all shipping costs, vet fees and any additional fees before being shipped. Adult dogs purchased with a check will be released after the check has cleared our bank.

There is a 500.00 non-refundable deposit for all dogs and puppies purchased from Bonato Aussies.

If Bonato Aussies at any time determines that a dog or puppy is being abused, neglected or is kept in a manor that is not in the best interest of the dog, Bonato Aussies reserves the right to repossess the dog for the amount of one dollar ($1.00). We will accept any dog or puppy sold from us into our care for any reason. No refunds or replacements will be given is this situation.

This Animal is being sold on the following terms and conditions:

____ As a show quality animal with no disqualifying fault and limited AKC, ASCA registration

____ With no registration papers

____ With full breeding rights, and with ASCA and/or AKC registration.

Buyer agrees to keep said Puppy/Dog in good health, to have shots and worming on scheduled times. Unless puppy/dog is being sold with full breeding rights Buyer agrees to spay or neuter animal no later than 6 months of age. All registration papers will be sent out when spay or neuter papers are received from  a licensed vet. 

Guarantees:

 The puppy/dog is guaranteed against any communicable diseases for 24 hours after leaving Bonato Aussies. It is mandatory that puppy/dog be taken to the vet within 72 hours for leaving Bonato Aussies.  If puppy/dog is not taken to a vet within 72 hours this contact becomes null and void. If puppy/dog is found ill within 3 days of leaving Bonato Aussies puppy/dog is to be brought back to us immediately for care/treatment with our personal vet. Bonato Aussies is not responsible for any medical treatment given from any other vet. All veterinarian expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Puppy/dog being shipped is also required to be taken to a vet within 24 hours of the plane arriving in its finale destination. All puppies/dogs will be sent home with a vet certified health certificate. If puppy/dog should DIE due to one of these communicable diseases, Distemper, Parvo, Leptospirosis or parvo influenza with in 24 hours of leaving Bonato Aussies proof of death must be documented by, and received from a licensed veterinarian. The puppy/dog shall be replaced by one of the same size and equal value, as soon as one comes available. Buyer must understand that guarantees are for replacement only at no time will Bonato Aussies issue a monetary refund. We give full guarantee against hereditary hip dysplasia, congenital or hereditary eye defects up to 2 years of age. If the dog/puppy displays any of the above defects, the dog/puppy must be spay/neutered at the buyer’s and have documented proof by a licensed veterinarian and orthopedic surgeon must be received prior to replacement dog/puppy of same sex and value.
